Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation team to identify a Senior Litigation Paralegal for their San Francisco office. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a busy Complex Plaintiff practice, specifically within a high-profile False Claims Act/Auto Group. The ideal candidate will bring strong trial preparation experience and deep knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
Provide comprehensive trial preparation support, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness files, and coordinating logistics
Draft, format, proofread, and finalize litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Perform cite-checking and Bluebook review to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with drafting and responding to discovery requests
Manage case files, organize documentation, and maintain litigation databases
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and experts throughout the litigation process
Ensure compliance with federal and state court rules, filing requirements, and deadlines
Support attorneys during all phases of complex, large-scale litigation
Perform general litigation support and administrative duties as needed
Bachelor's degree required
Strong trial preparation experience strongly preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (complex plaintiff experience a plus)
Thorough knowledge of state and federal court rules
Experience with drafting and managing discovery
Skilled in cite-checking and applying Bluebook citation format
Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required with equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment
Full-time, on-site schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (9am-5pm, 1-hour lunch)
35-hour workweek / 7-hour workday
